Short Links by Laicos: Terms

Short Links by Laicos is a service of Laicos, Inc. ("Laicos", "we"). By subscribing you agree to these terms.

1. What you get. A paid account that lets you create short links on the shared domain negs.co, make QR codes for them, and see click and scan counts. You can have up to 100 active links. Custom domains are not part of this plan; they are set up manually by Laicos on request.
2. Price and billing. The price shown at checkout, billed monthly in US dollars until you cancel. Taxes, if any apply, are added where required. We may change the price for future periods with at least 30 days notice by email.
3. Cancel anytime. Cancel in the billing page. Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
4. If your subscription ends. Your account is suspended. You cannot sign in, create or edit links. Your existing short links keep redirecting for now so printed QR codes keep working. We may review this after 90 days and will email you before we change it.
5. Acceptable use. No illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, or links meant to deceive. We may disable a link or an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice, and report abuse where the law requires.
6. Your links. You are responsible for where your links point. Do not point links at content you have no right to share.
7. Availability. We work to keep links redirecting but do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the problem.
8. Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
9. Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to you.
